Our Team

God believes in us and asks a lot of us. The congregation of Arnolia UMC is blessed with talent, commitment, experience, and wisdom. The church staff are blessed to work alongside them in the ministry God has called Arnolia to do.

Rev. James McSavaney was appointed to serve as the Pastor of Arnolia United Methodist Church beginning in July 1, 2018 and is honored to lead the congregation in its service to the community, outreach to all, and worship of God. Worship helps shape our hearts to be ready to respond to God, and the congregation’s mission statement outlines what that means: “Following Jesus, Making Disciples, Serving Others.” All are welcome in this church, no matter what. You are invited, and you are also welcome to share that invitation whenever you get a chance. In this season of change and new beginnings, it’s exciting to dream about what happens next.

Jarrett Rettman serves as the Music Director, working with the Praise Band for the contemporary worship service, as well as with the Chancel Choir and Celebration Ringers Handbell Choir for the traditional service. He has a passion for engaging and inspiring worship.

Anna Nellies serves as the Church Administrator, performing the daily work of the church. She overseas the semi-annual Flea Market fundraiser, responds to building use and rental requests, and connects inquiries with the appropriate leaders in the congregation.

Susan Joseph faithfully serves as the Custodian and can be found in the church building throughout the week.
